The release of a piglet at a school by pupils as a prank has sparked an investigation by the animal welfare charity the RSPCA. The animal was let loose by youngsters at Old Buckenham High School, near Attleborough, Norfolk, on Thursday. The piglet is believed to have been brought into the school by the students during an Ofsted inspection. An RSPCA spokeswoman said: "We're investigating a complaint of mistreatment of a piglet." The animal was later captured by staff, who said the incident happened while Ofsted inspectors were on site.
