Offenders warned by talking CCTV
CCTV cameras
The cameras will be sited in Eaton and Waterloo Park
Talking CCTV cameras that challenge people dropping litter or committing anti-social behaviour are being introduced in parts of Norwich.

The city is one of 20 areas in England getting money for the cameras, which will be in Eaton and Waterloo Park.

Offenders will hear a voice warning them they are on camera and asking them to stop what they are doing.

The cameras will be controlled by staff working in Norwich City Council's CCTV control room.

The council has received 35,000 for the installation of the cameras and will also contribute towards the monitoring system.
