Plans for more affordable homes
Proposals to provide more affordable homes in Norfolk have been revealed.

Saffron Housing Trust plans to buy 103 homes from Flagship Housing Group and convert them into affordable homes, as part of an 8m investment plan.

Some 67 properties will be available for rent and 36 will be offered on a shared ownership basis.

Saffron said this would be the first of many such schemes in Norfolk as the trust helped first time buyers achieve a first rung on the property ladder.

The properties will range from one bedroom flats to four bedroom houses.
