Two rescued from stranded yacht
Two people have had to be rescued after they became stranded in high winds on their boat off the coast of Norfolk.

The sailors were rescued just before 1200 BST on Wednesday near the resort of Sea Palling.

Lifeboats were launched from Caister and Cromer and they are now towing the German yacht back to safety at the port of Great Yarmouth.

Coastguards say there is an extremely strong onshore wind and are advising people against going out to sea.

Caister Lifeboat's John Connell said: "Weather forecasters predicted strong north-easterly winds several days ago and I expect they'll last until the weekend."

Mr Connell says any potential sailors should stay in doors.
