No gun charges for lottery winner
Michael Carroll
Michael Carroll won nearly 10m on the lottery
A millionaire lottery winner will not face any charges following allegations he was in possession of a gun.

Michael Carroll, 21, of Swaffham, Norfolk, had been investigated after he was photographed by a national newspaper apparently holding a firearm.

Norfolk Police said on Wednesday that Mr Carroll had been told no further action would be taken as there was no evidence an offence had been committed.

Mr Carroll won 9.7m on the National Lottery in November 2002.
