More than 75 bands have played at the four-day festival in Liverpool
Liverpool city centre is closed on Monday for the climax of the four-day Mathew Street Festival.

The event - the largest free annual music festival in Europe - will have seen more than 75 bands perform by the time it draws to a close at 1930 BST.

Gerry and the Pacemakers, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Lightning Seeds were among the line-up.

More than 40 indoor venues have also been hosting free live music over the Bank Holiday weekend.
