The market raids centred on Stanley Dock market and the car park market at Walton Hospital.
Officers took fake Armani and Prada clothing and hundreds of Christian Dior teddy bears from the warehouse in Garston.
'Major blow'
Dave Appleton, of Liverpool Trading Standards, who led the raids, said they were the most significant this year.
He added: "They strike a major blow at counterfeiters' efforts for Christmas."
Trading standards officers were accompanied by police from St Anne Street.
Representatives of the film, clothing, computer and music industries also took part to help identify the goods.
Roger Bennett, Director General of the Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association (Elspa), said: "Counterfeiting has a direct impact on local businesses and we are grateful to Liverpool trading standards and the police in their attempts to remove illegal products from the marketplace".
