A series of strikes by more than 1,200 Stagecoach bus drivers in Manchester have been called off. The 24-hour walkouts, planned for 1, 3, 5 and 7 December, were cancelled after workers voted to accept the firm's latest two-year pay deal offer.
A Stagecoach spokesman said the firm was pleased passengers would no longer face service disruption.
The strike threat was sparked earlier this month when drivers rejected a deal from the company.
