Rahan Arshad claims his wife of having an affair
The jury in the trial of a man accused of killing his wife and three children has gone out to consider its verdict.

Rahan Arshad, 36, is accused of beating his family to death with a bat at their home in Cheadle Hulme, Greater Manchester before fleeing to Thailand.

The bodies of Uzma Rahan, 32, and children Adam, 11, Abbas, eight, and Henna, six, lay undiscovered for almost a month, Manchester Crown Court heard.

Arshad, of Turves Road, denies four counts of murder.
