The garage expects the fuel to be popular
The first bio-diesel filling station in Manchester has opened.

The renewable fuel, which is made from vegetable oils, is being sold at Fletcher's Garage on Fairfield Street in the city centre.

Unlike normal diesel fuel, it is said to contribute less to global warming and climate change.

Supporters say it is a cheaper and more environmentally friendly way of motoring. The garage expects the fuel to be popular with customers.
