Boy banned from racist behaviour
Aaron Blinkho
The teenager is banned from throwing stones or fireworks
A 14-year-old who hurled racist abuse at a family and spat at their 12-year-old son has been given an indefinite anti-social behaviour order (Asbo).

Aaron Blinkho, of Culcheth Lane, Newton Heath, Manchester, was banned from carrying or using a weapon or using racist language anywhere in the UK.

He is also banned from throwing stones, fireworks or other missiles.

Manchester magistrates imposed the ban on 28 September, and if breached the boy could face jail or a 5,000 fine.

The city council warned that the consequences would be "severe."

The teenager reportedly threw fireworks at the family's 12-year-old boy and threatened to attack him when he refused to buy a bag of marijuana.

He smashed the family's car windscreen and shot at them with ball-bearings.

Manchester City Council housing chief Eddy Newman, said: "This boy has been acting in an appalling manner. Violent and racist behaviour will not be tolerated in this city.

"We owe it to all our residents of whatever background to protect them in every way we can. If Blinkho breaks this order the consequences will be severe."
