Fifth man faces conspiracy charge
A fifth person has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice in a case in which singer Amy Winehouse's husband is also accused.

James Kennedy, 19, of The Holdings, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, will appear at Thames Magistrates Court on Friday.

Ms Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, has been remanded in custody and is due in court in January.

Mr Fielder-Civil, of Jeffrey's Place, Camden, north London, also faces a charge of inflicting grievous harm.

Three others, Michael Brown, 39, of Stoneleigh Terrace, Holloway, north London; Anthony Kelly, 25, of Constable House, Chalk Farm, north London; and James King, of Risley, Derbyshire, are also charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justics.

Mr Fielder-Civil and Mr Brown face a charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm on a pub landlord, which both deny.
