Robin Knell, 24, and Reon Tombofa, 25, attacked the man at Cricklewood station in north west London in December, Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court heard.

The pair, both from Willesden, north west London, had damaged a string of railway properties on the same day.

Both had previously been given Asbos that banned them from railway sidings and from carrying spray paint.

Knell was charged with one count of robbery, three counts of criminal damage, two counts of theft and four breaches of his ASBO, and was sentenced to three years and one month imprisonment.

Tombofa was charged with one count of robbery and one count of criminal damage and was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in jail.
