Crashed lorry causes road chaos
A lorry has overturned and shed its load of mulch on a busy London road causing traffic chaos.

The 38-ton vehicle was involved in a crash at about 0700 BST on Sunday at the junction of the A406 North Circular road and the A5 at Staples Corner.

Police say diesel was also spilt and the road will stay shut until it is cleared. No-one was hurt in the crash.

High numbers of bank holiday shoppers who have been to Brent Cross Shopping Centre are adding to the congestion.

Police are advising motorists to avoid the area.
