Tube train
The RMT is deciding whether to hold a strike ballot among members
A Tube driver has been sacked for allegedly threatening staff who attempted to cross the picket line during a pay strike.

Brian Munro was accused of using intimidating and threatening behaviour during the walkout on 29/30 June.

The Rail, Maritime and Transport union said they will make a decision whether to hold a ballot on strike action among Tube workers in the next 24 hours.

The alleged incident took place at Elephant and Castle in south London.

Mr Munro, who worked on the Bakerloo line, has seven days to appeal.
