Retrial over car shooting victim
Pauline Peart
Ms Peart died of a single gunshot wound
A jury which failed to reach a verdict over the shooting of an Essex bank worker has been discharged.

A retrial over the death of Pauline Peart, 25, from Waltham Abbey, will take place later this year.

Miss Peart was shot as she sat in her Audi sports car with a friend in Hampden Road, Tottenham, north London, at about 2300 on 10 March 2003.

Maurice Miller, 20, of Enfield, north London, had pleaded not guilty to the murder of Miss Peart.
