A report into the murder of a teenager at a Lincolnshire school is to be published on Thursday. Luke Walmsley, 14, was stabbed to death by a fellow pupil, Alan Pennell, who is now 16, at Birkbeck School in North Somercotes.
The independent report was commissioned by the Lincolnshire Area Child Protection Committee.
Luke's parents, Jayne and Paul, are expected to attend the conference given by the report's author, Paul Tudor.
Pennell, of Grainthorpe, Lincs, will serve a minimum of 12 years.
The chairman of the county's child protection committee, Matt Bukowski, and Lincolnshire's director of education, Dr Cheryle Berry, are also likely to be make short statements.
