Fewer bikers meet at 'stunt wood'
New measures aimed at discouraging motorcyclists from stunt riding near a Lincolnshire beauty spot are working according to a local business owner.

Hundreds of bikers had been known to gather at a picnic site on the A631 outside Willingham Woods near Market Rasen on Wednesday nights.

Trouble has decreased since the kiosk owners at the site decided to close for the night, a fortnight ago.

They say the number of bikers doing stunts like 'wheelies' has dropped off.

Sue Hurt who works at the kiosk said: "They (the owners) were trying to make a point that they didn't want them doing wheelies up and down the road.

"Ithink last week it made a difference according to reports we had.

"They have started to police the event as well to try and stop the wheelies ."
