Almost all the 19 shops have been let, with Costa Coffee and Esprit the latest names to sign up along with Next, Ottakers and Bakers Oven.

A 400-space multi-storey car park has been erected which features a pedestrian bridge connected to department store Oldrids which has undergone a 5m expansion to coincide with the project.
