Hospitals offer nurse incentives
A new campaign has started to attract more trained nurses to hospitals in Lincolnshire.

The county's hospitals say they are offering flexible working hours and an attractive working environment to prospective nurses.

Hospitals in Lincoln, Boston and Grantham are involved in the scheme to bring trained nurses to their wards.

They are hoping that nurses with specialist clinical skills who have left to raise children will return.

Open days are being held at Boston's Pilgrim Hospital, Lincoln's County Hospital and the Grantham and District Hospital this week to start the campaign.
