Dating agency for lonely farmers
Countryside
Farming is a lonely business
Romance is in the air with a new rural introductions service for Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

Country Connections is a dating agency just for people in the countryside who struggle to meet new people.

Because of their location many country folk struggle to meet that someone special.

The agency said it has been inundated with applications since it started.

Local pub

People like farmers or people who work at home or live in the countryside do not meet many new people because they do not mix in a work place environment.

Sue Crawford who runs Country Connections said: "Dating is fun it's meeting new people and making new friends.

"Certainly people like farmers or people who work at home or live in the countryside aren't meeting people.

"This is to do with the countryside to do with people who live and work in a rural location.

"They go down the local pub and socialise with the locals but very rarely meet new people."
