'Exotic' destinations for airport
First Choice 767
First Choice will use a Boeing 767 for the routes
Three new destinations have been added to the flight list at Nottingham East Midlands Airport.

However airport operators have moved to allay concerns about plane noise.

Travel operator First Choice will fly fortnightly to Florida, the Dominican Republic and Cancun, in Mexico.

Airport spokeswoman Louise Hodson said: "They will all be during the day in normal operational hours... not at night, which is what most people have an issue with."

She described the new destinations as "strong" and "exotic".

The new services will start in May 2005.
