Four people, including a 16-year-old boy, have been charged with racially aggravated harassment during protests against the British National Party. The four were held after Unite Against Fascism protested outside a Blackpool hotel during a BNP conference. Those charged - a 22-year-old man and 16-year-old boy from Widnes, a man, 41, from Leigh and a man, 21, from Wirral - were not part of the protest. The 21-year-old man is due before Blackpool magistrates on Monday. The other three have been bailed and are due before the court on 3 July.
