Ebbsfleet International Station will open in November |
Tickets for the first Eurostar trains from Ebbsfleet International in Kent to Europe are going on sale. Seven services to Paris and five to Brussels will start running from the station from 19 November.
It will increase the number of Eurostar trains serving Kent from 12 to 16 trains every day.
The company said the new 100m station at Ebbsfleet would strengthen the county's position as the "crossroads to the country".
Shorter journey times
Chief executive Richard Brown said: "From 19 November, Kent will benefit from a second Eurostar station.
"Together, Ebbsfleet and Ashford will deliver a substantial increase in rail services for the county and strengthen its position as the crossroads to the county."
The firm will switch its London terminal from Waterloo station to St Pancras on 14 November - a move that will cut journey times between London and Paris by 25 minutes.
Eurostar says it has taken 100,000 worth of bookings for existing services in the two months since it opened a store at Bluewater Shopping Centre two miles from the Ebbsfleet station.
