A second man has been arrested after a boy aged seven and his father were killed in a road accident in Kent. The 27-year-old man died at the scene on the A228 at Malmaynes Hall Road, Stoke on the Isle of Grain, on Saturday night. His son died later in hospital.
Kent Police said a 25-year-old man was arrested in Enfield, north London, at midday on Sunday. A man of 23 arrested earlier has been freed on police bail.
The two who died lived on the Isle of Grain but have not yet been named.
The father and son were in a Mini which was in collision with a red Rover car.
Police said no-one was in the Rover when officers arrived at the scene.
Witnesses to the accident are being asked to contact police.
