 The person who died was driving a Ford Fiesta | A man was killed in a collision between a Ford Fiesta and a lorry on the Hoo Peninsula in Kent on Saturday. The A228 at Hoo St Werburgh was shut to allow police crash investigators to work at the scene, by the Windmill pub. The road was closed for seven hours from the Bells Lane junction with the Radcliffe Highway to the Grain Road junction with the main A228 at Hoo. The man who died in the crash, which happened at about 0700 GMT, was driving the Fiesta but he has not been named.
