Three injured in ferry accident
Ferry services between Dover and Calais have been disrupted after an accident at the French port in which three people were injured.

It happened when a gangway rope snapped and two lorries being driven off a ferry from Kent overturned.

The berth at Calais was put out of action, causing problems for ferry operators P&O and SeaFrance.

P&O said sailings were being delayed for around 15 minutes. SeaFrance said passengers should ring for information.

It is not known how long the berth will remain closed.
