Confidential drop-in centres are being created in North East Lincolnshire to help teenagers receive advice about sexual health issues. Trained health staff will be on hand to cover a range of topics including healthy eating, hygiene, alcohol, drugs, smoking and contraception.
The centres will be set up in a number of secondary schools to encourage youngsters to use the services.
The scheme is part of an initiative to deliver support to teenagers.
Steve Hocknell, North East Lincolnshire Council's portfolio holder for learning, said: "It is excellent to see a range of agencies working so well together to protect and support young people in the area."
