Coca Cola has withdrawn its application for planning permission to build a water borehole and pipeline in the Malvern Hills. The decision was made after concerns were raised by the Environment Agency.
In a letter to Herefordshire Council's Planning Services team, the soft drink company said that more surveying on the site would be needed.
It also feels further discussions with both the Environment Agency and English Nature are necessary.
The organisations are worried about the impact of the proposal on water resources and biodiversity in the area.
