Police monitor illegal rave
Ravers set up camp
People began arriving on Saturday
Hundreds of people attended an illegal rave in Worcestershire.

The rave started on Saturday at a site near Broadway.

Officers from south Worcestershire and neighbouring divisions were called to the rave at 0150 BST on Sunday.

No arrests were made and officers said everything was done to minimise disruption to local residents.

Police closed off access to the site, just off Fish Hill, to prevent anyone else from entering.

They had to monitor the event after another illegal rave was held in Herefordshire two weeks ago.

About 3,000 revellers attended the rave at a farm in Leominster and 20 people were arrested.

Local residents in the nearby hamlets of Upper Ivington and Hyde Ash complained of excessive noise and traffic problems in the area.
