CCTV images have been shown to jurors of the man accused of kidnapping, raping and murdering 17-year-old Hannah Foster on the day she vanished. Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, 40, can be seen making deliveries with a van in Hampshire on 14 March 2003. Hannah vanished the same day in Southampton. The prosecution alleges Mr Kohli used the white van seen in the pictures in Hannah's abduction and murder. Mr Kohli denies kidnap, false imprisonment, rape and murder. The images were shown to jurors at Winchester Crown Court on Thursday and released by police on Friday. Jurors were told that some images showed Mr Kohli entering a Sainsbury's petrol station in Hedge End, Hampshire. A white van is seen parked on the forecourt in the background. The footage is thought to have been captured shortly after 0530 GMT on 14 March 2003. A-level student Hannah disappeared at about 2300 GMT on the same day after a night out with her friend. She was walking a short distance from a bus stop to her home in the Portswood area of Southampton when she disappeared. Other CCTV images shown to jurors were thought to have been taken in the evening of the 14 March 2003. They show a white van travelling north along Stoneham Way and towards junction five of the M27 motorway, near where Hannah's body was found off Allington Lane, West End. Nineteen images shown to jurors were released by Hampshire Constabulary. Another shows a white van and a man who the prosecution claims is Mr Kohli, in Commercial Road, Portsmouth, early on 15 March 2003. Mr Kohli is accused of dumping Hannah's handbag and purse in the city. The case continues.
