Holiday from floods waterlogged
Flooding in July
Sam Morgan went to Spain to relax after the devastating July floods
A Gloucestershire hotelier who took a break in Spain after dealing with the tragic summer floods arrived to find his holiday hotel was flooded.

Sam Morgan, 28, had worked tirelessly at the Tewkesbury Park Hotel, when the town was cut off by rising waters in July this year.

He and a friend were greeted by torrential rain when they arrived in Spain on Saturday.

They then found their holiday hotel was submerged in rainwater.

"We worked hard all through the summer and this was the first chance to get away from the floods and the aftermath of the floods," Mr Morgan said.

"Our hotel room was on the ground floor and the water flowed in through the lobby and into our room.

"I thought this has got be a bad dream and I'm going to wake up in a minute."
