Three men, who died in a car accident at Sling, near Coleford in the Forest of Dean, on Saturday evening, have been named by police.

Jim Carney, 22, Aaron Howard, 17, and Andrew Mudway, 17, died after the car they were travelling in left the road and crashed into a building.

Police say Mr Carney and Mr Mudway were pronounced dead at the scene.

Mr Howard died later after being airlifted to Frenchay Hospital near Bristol.

Mr Howard's father, Steve, said: "He fought for us and waited until we were with him.

"We will always miss our beautiful blue-eyed boy. We will never forget him. He will always be in our hearts."

Mr Mudway's mother, Lesley, added: "He was a very polite boy, he was just my baby boy and a son to be proud of.

"We have been very grateful for all the support."
