 Footballer John Terry's father is due before magistrates |
The father of the Chelsea and former England captain, John Terry, has been charged with dealing cocaine. Essex police said a 55-year-old man from Chafford Hundred is due before magistrates in Basildon on 13 May. Ted Terry was questioned by police in February and released on bail. He was re-interviewed and charged with supply of a class A drug. The maximum sentence for supply of a class A drug is life in prison or an unlimited fine or both.
