The RSPCA hopes to put up more videos to go with Milo's |
Staff at an RSPCA animal shelter in Devon have turned to the internet site YouTube to find a new home for one of their guests. In a special video, the six-year-old collie named Milo is seen with his friends at the RSPCA's Little Valley Animal Shelter in Exeter. But staff said his current home was not exclusive enough and that he would really like a new place of his own. Staff hope to release more videos to encourage potential pet owners. Neil Edwards, manager at the Little Valley shelter, said: "Milo is a happy chap with a cheerful disposition, and he's popular with everyone here at Little Valley. Plus, his internet networking skills are amazing. "His ideal housemate and friend would be someone without any young children, who loves dogs and likes to stay active. "So, if you think your ideal housemate and best friend for life could have a long glossy black and white hairdo and love to catch balls, Milo could be the perfect companion for you." Another Little Valley collie, Toby, also has a video on YouTube. People can also tune into the videos at www.rspcaexeter.org.uk.
