Cannabis supplies to a north Devon district have been "seriously disrupted" after drug-making equipment was seized in raids, police have said. More than 50 officers searched 11 locations in Bideford, Holsworthy, Appledore and Westward Ho!
A large quantity of hydroponics equipment, cannabis resin and cannabis plants were seized.
Three men aged 47, 40 and 33, all from Bideford, were released on police bail until 22 February.
A 34-year-old Barnstaple man was cautioned for possessing Class B drugs.
Crime manager for North Devon, Det Insp Andrew Berry said: "The seizure of a large number of cannabis plants is clearly very desirable.
"No doubt the removal of such an extensive amount of equipment has also seriously disrupted what was suspected to be one of the largest cannabis cultivation networks in the area."
