| Problems with traffic lights on a busy road in Plymouth are because the new system needs to be "fine-tuned", the city council has said. There have been complaints about long delays in the Transit Way area, leading to some people abandoning their cars. The council said the timing of the lights may need to be adjusted. But it added that even when the new system was working, it would still be a very busy area, especially on Friday evenings and on Saturdays.
