James Miller was shot in the neck |
An MP is calling for the shooting of a documentary cameraman from Devon to be "properly" investigated. James Miller from Braunton was filming a documentary in the Gaza Strip 18 months ago when he was killed.
He was shot despite carrying a white flag and wearing a hat marked TV. His widow believes it was deliberate.
North Devon MP Nick Harvey told a House of Commons adjournment debate on Tuesday that he wanted Mr Miller's killers to be brought to justice.

An investigation has been carried out by the Israeli military police but the findings have not been released.
Two Metropolitan Police detectives, working under the direction of the London coroner, have also been investigating Mr Miller's shooting and the death of peace activist Tom Hurndall, 22, from Tufnell Park, north London.
Mr Hurndall was also shot in Gaza on 11 April last year as he led Palestinian children to safety.
Mr Miller, who was married with two children, was making a documentary film in Rafah about how children are affected when they live in areas devastated by terrorism and war.
His widow Sophy believes it was an Israeli Defence Force (IDF) soldier who killed her husband. She has been campaigning for justice since the shooting on 2 May 2003.
The documentary Death in Gaza, which was produced with Mr Miller's own footage, was broadcast by Channel 4 in May.
Nick Harvey told MPs during the adjournment debate on Tuesday that while the Israeli military should be given credit for holding the investigation, it was flawed and the delay was producing despair.
Mr Harvey said: "There's a real likelihood that the military investigation into the use of firearms on 2 May will not identify who was responsible for the fatal shot."
Foreign Office Minister Chris Mullin said the matter had been raised more then 25 times with Israeli officials, most recently by the Attorney General.
The Israeli embassy in London said the matter was still under investigation. As soon as it was completed the family and the British Government would be contacted.
