Campaigners against the development of an eco town in South Derbyshire are stepping up their protests. A total of 5,000 posters are being printed with the slogan, "Say No to Grovewood - don't rip the heart out of the National Forest".
The development, which would sit between Rosliston and Swadlincote, would be the size of Uttoxeter.
Andrew Otway from the action committee said they were raising funds for the campaign from local people.
Car stickers are also being produced.
Banks Developments wants to build up to 5,700 homes in Grovewood.
The government has said it wants to build ten carbon-neutral towns of 5,000 to 20,000 houses across England.
