Airport opens new prayer facility
A prayer room is to open at Nottingham East Midlands Airport (NEMA). The dedicated facility will be available to more than four million customers.

The room will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for worship, prayer and quiet reflection.

The area will be located next to departure security at the Castle Donington site.

The prayer room opens on Monday with a 30-minute service and ceremony led by the Reverend Roy Monks.

A chaplain's office will also be available for people looking for personal consultation with a member of the airports team.
