Council considers wind farm plans
Controversial plans to build 20 wind turbines in Lincolnshire will be considered on Thursday.

A report being presented to councillors supports the development at Connisholme Fen near Louth.

Renewable energy firm Ecotricity want to put up 20 wind turbines on agricultural land.

East Lindsey District Council has received 170 letters objecting to the plans, including concerns about noise, visual impact and highway safety.

Seven letters in support of the scheme have also been submitted.

Planning officers will argue the scheme should be approved, but with 20 separate conditions attached.
