Respects paid to transplant girl
Freya Stratford as a baby
Freya Stratford also had jaundice as a baby
The funeral of a girl who underwent two liver transplants when she was a baby is taking place.

Freya Stratford of Penrith in Cumbria died last week at the age of six - five years after the two procedures.

Freya, who had her first transplant when she was eight months old in 2001, was being cremated after a service at Penrith Methodist Church.

Her parents Clare and Paul appealed for mourners to register as organ donors and help save other lives.

Freya had been seriously ill with the bile duct condition, Biliary Atresia, and doctors had given her just weeks to live before her first operation.
