Police warn fake IDs on the rise
An increasing number of young people in Cumbria have been using fake identity cards to buy alcohol.

The police said there have been reports of ID cards which resemble driving licences being used by underage drinkers.

A spokseperson said it is illegal to use the cards, and puts premises at risk of losing itheir licence.

The police have said only PASS proof of age cards, UK photo driving licences, or passports should be used as ID.
