Man's three-day ordeal in Lakes
A man has been found alive in the Lake District after a three-day search.

Almost 100 volunteers from search and rescue teams across Cumbria have been looking for Adrian Jones, 34, since he vanished from his Langdale Valley home.

He was found on Saturday in Great Langdale, just north of Lake Windermere after spending three nights outdoors.

Mr Jones' chances of survival were boosted by the mild weather over the past few days. He was taken to Westmorland General Hospital in Kendal.

A team from The Langdale Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team led Mr Jones to safety.
