| Police in Warwickshire have issued what is believed to be the first Anti-Social Behaviour Order (Asbo) against a man accused of domestic violence. The order was given to the 34-year-old from Rugby after reports by neighbours of excessive noise and foul language during arguments with his partner. Police claim the terms and conditions of the Asbo make this a unique case. Under this order, the man can be imprisoned if he uses or threatens violence against another person.
