Housing project enters last phase
The final phase of a 30m Cornish housing development is set to begin after planners gave the go-ahead.

The project in Roche began in 2000 and is expected to take three years to complete and employ about 40 people.

Eighty houses and apartments, including 27 affordable homes, will be built on 15 acres of former farmland.

As a condition of planning permission by Restormel Borough Council, RS Developments will contribute 150,000 to education and road improvements.
