Two brothers have appeared in court in Devon charged with the murder of a couple at their isolated home on Bonfire Night last year. Lee Firkins, 29, and his brother Robert, 31, both originally from the London area, are accused of killing Graham and Carol Fisher on 5 November.
They made no application for bail and were remanded in custody by Torquay Magistrates' Court.
They will appear before Exeter Crown Court on 23 July.
Mr Fisher, 60, and his 53-year-old wife were shot in their bungalow, next to the garage they owned and ran on the A39 near Wadebridge, Cornwall.
Detectives arrested the brothers on Monday and charged them on Tuesday night.
