Plans to spend 2m on environmental improvements to Cornwall's rivers are being discussed by local people. The Cycleau Project was set up to help find solutions to common environmental problems across Europe.
At least 2m of European money will now go towards environmental improvements on river catchments and estuaries across Cornwall.
Among the rivers targeted are the Fal, Helford, Fowey and the Red River valley which is a local nature reserve.
Camborne residents debated the move at Rosewarne College on Saturday as part of county-wide discussions on the improvements.
