Ben Whitehead was found with a stab wound
A 59-year-old man has appeared in court in Cornwall charged with murdering another man in St Austell on Tuesday.

Ben Whitehead, 23, was discovered with stab wounds at a house in Polkyth Road, St Austell, and was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske, but died later from his injuries.

Edward Michael Kitts, of Dobell Road, St Austell was remanded in custody by Bodmin Magistrates.

He will appear in court again next Friday.
