Cash stolen from Big Issue office
More than 1,000 in takings has been stolen from offices of the Big Issue magazine in Bristol.

It is thought the thieves broke-in through an upstairs window on Friday night after it had closed.

A magazine spokesman said some Big Issue sellers were reported to be "extremely upset" after news of the theft from the Stokes Croft office.

Detectives are investigating the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police.

The Big Issue is a magazine sold by homeless people to allow them to generate an income legitimately.
